At Natural Soap Wholesale, options are important. That is why we offer no minimum purchase requirements and expedited shipping options.
Note: We only ship to USA addresses, which includes areas considered "US territories" by the US Postal Service.
Shipping/Processing Times
Shipping times vary. With our economy shipping, under nomal circumstances, orders ship out in 2-3 business days (Monday-Friday). Some orders may take up to 5 business days. We generally choose shipping options that take between 2-3 days. To put it simply, you can usually expect your package in about 7 business days.
If you need your order before this time window, please choose our new Express Shipping option. With the Express Shipping option we will put your order before all other orders received. We cannot guarantee a specific time, but we will place our special priority on your order. Email us to ask us specifics about when you can get your order and tell us in the comments box at checkout when you need your order by. We will make every attempt to complete your order by that date. In some cases, we will need to use shipping services that will require a charge above and beyond our shipping calculations. We will contact you if we need to charge you more than originally estimated.

Minimum Purchase Requirement |
We have eliminated our minimum order requirement due to popular request from our customers. Therefore, we have no minimum order requirement. However, when you order less than $50 you will pay a higher percentage for shipping costs since it automatically costs "x" amount for packing materials, and the starting rate for the carrier. Therefore, for a better value, we recommend purchasing as much product together as possible and pay less per shipping. TIP: The "ideal size" for orders is what we offer in our discounted "multi-pack" pages which is in 40 bar or 60 bar increments- 4, 6 or 12 loaf increments. If you purchase in these increments, your shipping will generally be more efficient.

Large Order Discounts |
When you order a greater quantity of one kind of handmade soap, it becomes less time consuming for us to package and thus we pass the savings on to you AND you will save on shipping charges.
Damaged Goods: On occasion, some of our products may arrive damaged for what ever reason. We will gladly replace damaged goods or credit you for the items, whatever seems best for the situation. We may require proof of damaged goods by use of a digital camera image depending on the situation.
