Q: I'm not able to checkout, my browser pulls up a blank screen when I click the "secure checkout" button. What should I do? A: This may be because of several issues, we have listed the most common first: If you are using Firefox, the checkout page can sometimes not be displayed because of "add on" interference. First, be sure your shopping cart is saved. Next, go to the "tools tab" of the browser and select "add ons". If there are no add ons listed then this isn't the problem. If there are add ons listed, disable the add ons, close the browser and re-open the browser. Other possibilities:
